Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm to showcase and sell Xfinity products while ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Demonstrate product features, answer questions on current and new services, and assist with account statement interpretation and bill payments. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up, issue resolution, and service excellence. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast services. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to support a consistent store environment. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
