Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, answering service questions, and processing account changes. Provide outstanding customer service during interactions, interpret account statements, and assist with bill payments. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining detailed product knowledge and acting as a brand ambassador. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly. You will join a Fortune 50 leader driving innovation in media and technology to create world-class entertainment experiences for millions of customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
