Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, interpreting account statements, and processing general service requests. Provide expert-level support on current and new services, including upgrades, data changes, and bill payments. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence while acting as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information to enhance the shopping experience. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
