Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain product features while ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Provide expert-level service by answering questions on current services, clarifying account statements, processing service requests, and upgrading service levels. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and maintain detailed product knowledge including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies, lift 25-pound boxes, and adjust to a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. Support a fun, competitive environment where team members act as brand ambassadors to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and connect them to everyday lifestyles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
