Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm to showcase and sell Xfinity products while ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Provide expert-level product knowledge by explaining features, clarifying account statements, and processing service requests and upgrades. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence, acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to support team success. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
