Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience while providing outstanding service for all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets by helping customers interpret account statements, clarify bills, answer questions on current or new services, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products, maintaining detailed sales knowledge including competitive information, and adhering to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while carrying and lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
