Job Summary
Engage customers enthusiastically by demonstrating product features, interpreting account statements, and processing service requests while acting as a brand ambassador. Provide expert-level support on current and new services, make account changes, and upgrade service levels to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain detailed product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
