Job Summary

Provide outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products, ensuring you maintain detailed knowledge of competitive offerings and current service levels. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment while handling tasks like bill interpretation and bill payments. Adjust your schedule to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining punctual attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
