Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, interpreting account statements, and processing service requests while acting as a brand ambassador. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up, clarify billing questions, and upgrade service levels to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain detailed product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet flexible retail operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
