Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain product features while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, including helping customers interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products, ensuring adherence to retail operational policies and maintaining detailed sales product knowledge. Adjust to a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support team success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
