Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features to enhance their shopping experience while interpreting account statements and processing service requests. Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions on current or new services, making account changes, and upgrading service levels. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence, acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, while adhering to retail operational policies. Lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly to support a fun, competitive environment focused on connecting products to everyday lifestyles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
