Job Summary
Represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge to customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate clients on full capabilities and maximize their experience. Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals while performing comprehensive onboarding activities. Resolve customer issues by partnering with customer care as appropriate. Complete training requirements, actively engage in team huddles, and learn sales compensation plan elements. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes while standing and moving about the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly
