Job Summary
Lead retail sales team at Comcast Xfinity Store to meet sales targets and service metrics. Responsibilities include coaching associates, onboarding and development, maintaining merchandising standards, managing inventory and cycle counts, coordinating staffing with Store Manager, analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities, providing product knowledge, ensuring customer experience, and upholding operating principles. Requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to work evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of retail management experience
- Coaching and development of staff
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counts
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule
