Job Summary
Promote and sell Comcast video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home to individual customers; canvass assigned turf door-to-door, communicate product benefits, assess customer needs, explain pricing and campaigns, and close sales to meet local sales goals. Develop rapport with customers, generate leads, and manage daily sales activities within a defined turf. Require strong knowledge of Comcast products, competitive awareness, and the ability to work independently with time management and organizational skills. Must be able to walk/travel door-to-door in all weather, work nights/weekends, and maintain any credentials/licenses as required by law. Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience: 2-5 years in sales or related roles; Skills: adaptability, communication, critical thinking, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self-motivation, and strong customer service. Compensation includes base pay ($69,000) plus targeted commissions with opportunity for additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits; 30-day application window with local market considerations.
