Job Summary
Knock every door within your assigned territory to promote and sell video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home products. Display advanced knowledge of Comcast offerings and competitive features to evaluate customer needs, frame responses to competitor offers, and execute independent turf management plans. Generate business through approved lead generation methods, implement effective closing techniques to achieve installation goals, and maintain a consistent record of success in residential canvassing. Work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary while meeting and exceeding sales goals established by the local market.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years
- Advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers
- Sales process experience
- Thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home
- Expert knowledge of selling
- Experience-based sales technique
- Ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
