Job Summary
Promotes and sells Comcast products and services to individual customers, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales within an assigned turf, primarily through door-to-door canvassing, while building rapport with customers, understanding needs, explaining pricing and campaigns, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills and operates independently with time-management and lead-generation responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years relevant work experience
- Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Credentials/licenses to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law (where applicable)
