Develop overall testing strategies and lead test analysis and design for autonomous driving systems. Define test platforms, objectives, and methodologies while collaborating cross-functionally with system, algorithm, tool, and quality teams to identify and mitigate delivery risks. Implement automation test frameworks from scratch and manage sensor and system architecture testing for mass production launches. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer, electronic, automation, or vehicle engineering, plus expertise in SIL/HIL techniques and strong code simulation capabilities. Prior experience building test systems from zero to one and delivering overseas mass production projects is preferred.
