Job Summary
Define cabin product system requirements across audio, CAN, Ethernet, display, and connectivity modules, clarifying customer needs and internal development solutions. Assess impact of requirement changes on software, hardware, and production while validating feasibility and regulatory implications. Generate system requirements ensuring compliance with GAS standards and automotive tier 1 processes. Evaluate regulatory impacts for cabin and AI functions. Maintain professional English communication for technical discussions. Requires 5+ years of cabin product definition or development experience, electrical/electronic engineering degree, and ability to adapt to high-intensity work environments.
Required Qualifications
- 熟悉座舱产品各模块的功能定义,audio, CAN, Ethernet, Engineering mode, Diag, BT,WIFI, connectivity, OTA, display, camera , vehicle service, EOL, App等。
- 熟悉硬件配置定义，了解座舱产品的软件架构和系统架构。
- 根据产品scope,澄清客户需求，并跟内部澄清开发方案，生成系统需求。
- 根据客户需求变更，判断对软件和硬件以及生产的影响。澄清CRQ并拉齐内部评估CRQ的可行性，以及法规影响。
- 熟悉GAS 需求，在系统需求定义阶段，满足GAS需求。
- 熟悉座舱及AI法规。
- 满足工作的专业英语沟通能力。
- 5年或以上座舱产品定义或开发经验。
- 电子电气或相关专业的学士或硕士学位。
- 了解汽车行业tier1 开发流程，以及需求管理流程。
- 具备良好的团队沟通协作能力，工作认真负责，执行能力强。
- 具备抗压能力，能够适应高强度工作。
