Job Summary
Lead global customer engagement with top OEMs and Tier 1s, translating L2-L3 autonomous driving requirements into competitive, deployable ADAS system architectures. Drive pre-sales technical design, feasibility analysis, and cost estimation for sensor selection, chip matching, and system boundaries. Deliver customized technical proposals including RFI/RFQ responses and system architecture documents. Coordinate with internal POC and Demo teams to ensure pre-sales commitments validate in real-world testing. Convert diverse client inputs into rigorous development specifications, PRDs, and KPIs. Analyze industry trends and competitor solutions to define differentiated technical selling points. Participate in long-term product roadmapping and agile iteration strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or Vehicle Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in ADAS/AD R&D, system integration, or pre-sales technical support
- Tier 1 or leading autonomous driving unicorn background
- Deep understanding of onboard sensor physical characteristics (cameras, LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar) and selection
- Knowledge of mainstream domain controller architectures (e.g., Orin, TDA4)
- Understanding of core perception/planning/control algorithms and system calibration metrics for autonomous driving
- Experience as a core backbone or technical lead in designing or developing at least one complete ADAS mass production project (e.g., highway/urban NOA, parking/AVP)
- Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 automotive safety standards
- Ability to independently write persuasive RFQ technical response documents
- Fluent English communication and product presentation skills
- Experience with overseas OEMs or international mass production project delivery
- Rigorous logical thinking
