Job Summary
Triage patients, perform outpatient orthopaedic x-rays, and assist in wound care. Import images, create office notes, and bill in the EHR while maintaining a clean work environment. Prioritize effective systems for timely patient flow and demonstrate exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Requires a minimum two-year associate degree in Radiology and current RT license. Monday through Friday schedule available for most roles.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare field and medical specialty
- Medical terminology
- Knowledge of EHRs
- Minimum of 2-year associates degree in Radiology
- Current RT (R) license preferred
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- You must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test for employment at Southlake Orthopaedics
Desired Qualifications
- Orthopaedics experience (preferred but not required)
