X-ray Technologist

Obtain quality x-rays using correct positioning and radiation exposure while implementing safety procedures for patients, staff, and self. Create and document x-ray CD copies according to Patient First guidelines, label images and sleeves correctly, and maintain all paperwork. Operate and maintain medical equipment, clean work areas per OSHA guidelines, and restock supplies. Address physician and nurse requests timely, complete daily checklists, and attend scheduled training. Be available as needed, with breaks and mealtimes subject to interruption for patient care. Requires ARRT registration, one year of clinical experience preferred, and keyboarding skills.
