Job Summary
Greet patients, vendors, and staff while performing X-rays and general radiological procedures. Review imaging requests for appropriateness, position patients, and judge diagnostic quality before submission to radiologists. Assist physicians with fluoroscopic studies, administer opaque media, and operate equipment while maintaining daily logs and performing quality assurance. Provide detailed procedure explanations, monitor patient status, and handle service calls as needed. Work flexible shifts across multiple sites with an hourly rate of $42.03 to $54.93. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency
- A minimum of 6 months relevant experience
- NYS License
- ARRT certified
- Current BLS
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
