X-Ray Technologist

Perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, prepare rooms with necessary supplies, and perform Medical Assistant duties. Promptly greet patients, communicate wait times, and provide direction for treatment steps. Obtain and document vital signs, history, and medications while assisting with patient transfers and procedures. Ensure equipment is in proper working order and maintain current licensure and certification. Follow established clinical procedures for patient safety and radiation protection.
