Job Summary
Conduct standard musculoskeletal x-rays for extremities, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine while ensuring safe handling procedures. Operate CIS, RIS, and PACS systems to manage patient data and demonstrate competency in applicable aspects. Provide superior patient care focusing on comfort, safety, and confidentiality while interacting effectively with doctors, patients, peers, and management. Maintain current CPR, Venipuncture, and Basic Cardiac Life Support licenses alongside ARRT certification. Requires minimum one year of clinical X-Ray experience, a high school diploma, and a state CRT Permit.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- completion a training program at an accredited school
- current CPR and Venipuncture license
- ARRT Certified with specific certification
- Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Minimum of one year of clinical X-Ray
- CRT Permit from the State
- Good understanding of providing superior patient care; comfort, safety and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers and management
