Job Summary
Greet patients, communicate wait times, and provide direction through the treatment process while promptly addressing emergent situations. Operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, prepare rooms with necessary supplies, and perform Medical Assistant duties including patient check-in/out. Obtain and document vital signs, history, and medications; assist with transfers and procedures supervised by providers. Ensure equipment is in working order, follow quality control procedures, and maintain proper radiation protection. Complete required documentation and maintain current licensure and certification. Full-time team members work rotating 36-40 hour/week shifts with 12-hour weekday and every-other weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
