Job Summary
Performs x-ray testing and patient care in an exam setting, including patient positioning, operating diagnostic imaging equipment, developing film, and preparing the room for procedures. Maintains radiation safety and shielding, documents vital signs and patient history, assists with transfers and procedures under provider supervision, and ensures compliant documentation. Requires ARRT/State X-Ray licensure, BLS certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant experience is preferred. Full-time schedule includes 36-40 hour weeks with rotating shifts; sign-on bonus up to $3,500 is offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
