Job Summary
The X-Ray/CT Technologist at Hayward Medical Center is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety protocols are upheld. This role acts as a primary contact for customers' imaging needs and requires a current Wisconsin license, ARRT and/or CRT certification, as well as current BLS certification. Candidates should have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, and ideally have one year of imaging experience, though new graduates will also be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Current Wisconsin license
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Current BLS certification
- Currently holds or is willing to obtain CT Certification within 18 months of hire
- Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Possess a high level of knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- One-year radiologic / imaging experience preferred
