X Center Racing Sim Operator

Operate and oversee daily sim racing activities, welcoming guests, providing orientation on safety procedures, and coaching users on driving techniques, racing lines, and vehicle control. Calibrate steering wheels, pedals, displays, and audio systems while troubleshooting software issues, hardware connectivity, and peripheral malfunctions. Clean, sanitize, and reset cockpits, controls, displays, and accessories after each session to maintain operational readiness and presentation standards. Assist with tournament events, private functions, and corporate experiences, cross-training to support Golf and Shooting Simulator operations during lower-volume periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless attraction operation and uphold company policies and safety requirements.
