X Center KTO Pit Marshal

Assign and program vehicle power settings, organize drivers into run groups, and stage vehicles for safe pit lane release. Assist with digital waiver completion, verify registration documents, and enforce speed limits and safety apparel standards. Conduct visual inspections for track hazards, monitor designated sections, and coordinate emergency response when required. Serve as the primary communication link between drivers, guests, and operations staff using multi-channel radio systems. Maintain accurate operational records and ensure cleanliness in staging areas. Transition to indoor X Center duties during winter months. Represent M1 Concourse with professionalism while supporting special events and racing programs.
