Job Summary
Greets guests warmly, manages arrivals, reservations, admissions, and simulator check-ins while processing retail transactions through POS systems. Assists with merchandise selection, venue information, event schedules, and directions, responding promptly to all guest inquiries and service requests. Supports opening and closing procedures for reception and retail operations, maintains accurate transaction records, and ensures the sales floor remains organized and visually appealing. Cross-trains within the X Center Store to provide operational support during lower-volume periods. Ensures adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and cleanliness standards throughout guest-facing areas.
