X Center Golf & Shooting Sim Operator

Operate and oversee daily Golf and Shooting Simulator activities, welcoming guests and providing orientation on safety requirements and equipment operation. Assign guests to simulator bays, manage reservation schedules, and launch software to configure courses and user settings. Clean and sanitize equipment after each session, maintain accurate inventory records, and troubleshoot hardware or software malfunctions. Monitor sessions to ensure safe participation and respond promptly to guest questions or service requests. Cross-train to support Sim Racing operations during lower-volume periods while representing M1 Concourse with professionalism.
