Job Summary
Instructional Coach / Master Educator for elementary math in Wyoming. Provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, mentoring teachers with proven strategies to enhance student success, and implement The Bailey Way. Focus on elementary-level mathematics content and pedagogy, coaching adult learners, and using data to inform instructional decisions. Support collaboration with schools and districts in rural Wyoming and nearby border areas as a part-time onsite contractor, helping transform classrooms and improve student outcomes while aligning with Bailey Education Group’s professional development and coaching framework.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in elementary-level mathematics content and pedagogy
- Proven experience as an educator in an elementary school setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with teachers, administrators, and school communities
- Skilled at coaching and supporting adult learners in instructional improvement
- Competent in using data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student growth
- Adaptable and resilient in diverse school settings (including rural and border contexts)
- Knowledgeable about educational dynamics in Wyoming and surrounding areas (Wyoming and Nebraska border region)
- Desire to make a meaningful difference for students and educators
- Professional, dependable, and committed to integrity, service, teamwork, and accountability
- Retired or former educator preferred for instructional coaching role
