Job Summary
Wynn Rewards Casino Host at Encore Boston Harbor focuses on acquiring new players to grow the property’s Wynn Rewards base and revenue. The role involves greeting guests on the casino floor, assisting with special events and promotions, explaining how promotions work, promoting Wynn Rewards enrollments, arranging dining/spa/hotel reservations, and delivering exceptional, proactive guest service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, knowledge of casino games, comfortable engaging guests, and the ability to make real-time decisions within comp/expense guidelines while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. Must be at least 21, able to obtain MA Gaming Commission license, and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus and the role requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in casino, hospitality, telemarketing, promotions, events, or other customer service environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; ability to respond to inquiries; fluency in English; ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence; ability to present information in groups or one-on-one
- Must obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
