Job Summary
Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and attics; install roof vents; operate company vehicles safely; and maintain a safe, organized work area. Report to the local warehouse in Wareham each morning before crew trucks depart. This full-time role offers fast-track career growth to Tech II or Crew Lead within six months, with an average weekly bonus of $175. Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with match, paid training, holidays, PTO, and overtime opportunities are included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
