Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned retail and rental locations, ensuring accurate POS execution, budget management, and full compliance with corporate policies. Drive revenue while controlling expenses, protect company assets, and coordinate shop setups and visual merchandising to support sales goals. Train and coach seasonal team members, maintain appropriate staffing levels through workforce planning, and address performance concerns through corrective action. Execute inventory control processes for rental tubes and cabanas while delivering a consistent guest experience. Requires 1 year of park or retail experience, high school diploma, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year park experience and/or retail background
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong analytical skill; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Previous experience in supervising a team
- Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs
