Job Summary
Oversee all operational and personnel aspects of assigned rental and retail locations by supervising Team Members and leads while maintaining a positive working environment. Ensure correct implementation of all POS transactions procedures, full compliance with corporate policies, and proper execution of shop set-ups, visual displays, and signage. Manage day-to-day operations to drive revenue and maintain expenses within budget, while tracking inventory for rental tubes and cabanas. Maintain proper staffing levels through planning and scheduling, and initiate corrective actions for policy violations or reward outstanding performance. Key role in training and development of seasonal staff.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year park experience and/or retail background
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong analytical skill; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Previous experience in supervising a team
- Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs
