Job Summary

Lead global inventory planning and management to drive optimal stock levels while preventing excessive inventory that compromises patient care. Execute strategic and business planning processes, including inventory commit/projection cycles, and deploy best-in-class inventory management practices across all locations. Manage the inventory optimization program, develop key performance indicators to validate successes, and train the supply chain team on optimization principles. Collaborate with regional planning, supply network, and product planning organizations to ensure alignment on priorities and analyze improvements for new product introductions and life cycle events. This role requires 20-30% domestic and international travel and reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of related operations experience in the areas of planning / materials management, logistics, inventory control and sourcing / procurement
  • Leadership / supervisory experience
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

  • Strong strategic vision on planning processes and inventory management
  • 5+ years' experience in a supply chain role involving supply and / or demand planning
  • Sound Knowledge of ERP system, MRP, APS, DP, and MS Excel
