WW-P North Head Baseball Coach

Conduct daily baseball instruction utilizing best practices to teach skills and strategies while planning coaching sessions. Maintain equipment and uniform inventory, completing yearly orders and end-of-season reports alongside County and State Play-Off paperwork. Stay current on mandatory trainings including First Aid, CPR, Concussion, and Heat-Illness Prevention. Assist college-bound athletes with recruitment and liaise with schools administration, faculty, families, booster clubs, and media outlets to foster a positive team culture. Requires a valid NJ DOE Teaching Certificate or Substitute Teacher Certificate and 30 college credits.
