Job Summary
Execution of a WW Sales Program aligned to GTM strategy to grow revenue and market share in SMB space; responsible for program forecasting, governance with Regions and Global stakeholders, partner selection/co-selling/activation, sales training material development, and interlock with marketing/regions. Drives program metrics, analyzes data to make sales play recommendations, contributes to Readiness processes and productivity guidance, and leads large cross-division projects. Requires strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and the ability to influence across multiple levels; prefers MBA or advanced degree and 8-12+ years of selling experience. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, program management, and mentorship within a global team.
Required Qualifications
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
- Typically 8-12 years or more of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
- Experience as successful account/business/sales manager, selling to CxO and decision-maker level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence virtual teams
- Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
