Job Summary
Sales Program Manager for WW Instant On RTM within HPE Networking SMB/Transactional sales. Hybrid role with an expectation to work ~2 days per week from an HPE office. Responsibilities include executing a WW Sales program aligned to GTM strategy to grow revenue, defining and deploying program governance, owning the forecast and regional interlock, managing partner engagement and co-sell/joint business planning, performing analyses to drive RTM activities, tracking program metrics, developing sales training materials, auditing content quality on portals, contributing to Readiness processes, and mentoring/leading cross-division initiatives. Requires university degree with 8-12 years of selling experience, strong financial acumen, collaboration, communication, and ability to influence virtual teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
- Typically 8-12 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
- Experience selling to CxO and decision-makers
- Knowledge of IT industry, channel transactional sales and SMB/MM customer segments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
