Job Summary
AP Development Facilitator will manage technical projects (including community engagement and sponsorship, child participation and protection, most vulnerable children inclusion, micro projects, sponsorship integration, and HEA-DRR) within assigned communes and advocate for sustainable well-being of children, especially the most vulnerable. Requires a Bachelor's degree in education/public health/community development/social work, at least 3 years of experience in community development, Vietnamese fluency with English at intermediate level, proficiency in MS Office, and strong partnering skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, or social work
- motorbike driving license
- At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations
- Language requirement: Vietnamese: Fully fluent; English: Intermediate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- strong partnering and collaborating skills with different stakeholders
