Job Summary
Greet patients and receive them into the health care facility; accurately collect and enter patient demographics and insurance information into registration/billing systems; obtain electronic signatures for consent to treat and financial obligations; provide strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication; support scheduling, pre-certification/authorizations, deposit collection, and insurance/payment discussions; ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy practices; assist with multiple payer processes and follow hospital workflows in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.
