Maintain and inventory hospital supplies and equipment using Workday; respond to requests for supplies and equipment; serve as initial contact for departmental inquiries; pick, deliver, issue, receive, inventory, and stock materials; handle Code Carts and related inventory; ensure accurate labeling and charging for items; train new Materials Handling Attendants; coordinate with SPD and Nursing to locate stock; operate Zebra handhelds and perform transactions in Workday; print and attach patient charge labels; work Afternoon shift (2p-10:30p) with every third weekend and every third holiday; maintain high-quality customer service in-person and over the phone; manage stock shortages and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
