Job Summary
Lead spiritual development, recruit and train volunteer leaders, and manage resource development including donor care and fundraising. Direct ministry through contact work, club operations, and summer/school-season camping strategies while adhering to all organizational policies. Support office administration, complete expense reports, and participate in regional training events under area director supervision. Pursue a college degree and maintain confidentiality. Base pay ranges from $2000-$3000 depending on education, experience, and location.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
