Job Summary
Caregiver role providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and home settings for Sevita. Build real, meaningful relationships with participants, support personal hygiene, and help participants pursue community participation and personal goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition). Requires compassion, patience, reliability, and collaboration with a care team; driving may be required. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; six months of relevant experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
