Conduct specialized care for chronic and difficult-to-heal wounds, including pressure ulcers and diabetic foot syndrome, by implementing tailored treatment plans in coordination with treating physicians. Perform comprehensive digital wound documentation with photographic evidence according to established guidelines. Serve as the primary contact for patients, family members, and colleagues while providing knowledge sharing within the team. Maintain professional relationships with wound centers, physicians, and medical supply providers. Hold a Class B driver's license and possess a completed wound management certification or be actively pursuing one.
