Job Summary
Live-in Front Desk role at an extended-stay hotel as a GSA 2. You’ll deliver front desk administration, guest satisfaction, emergency overnight coverage, and on-site availability across four daytime shifts plus on-call overnight. Responsibilities include front desk operations (check-ins, reservations, renewals, property tours, sales events), responding to guest service calls, maintaining Clean & Safe standards, maximizing studio revenue through lead management and ancillary offerings, and providing team training as needed. The role requires living in the hotel and complying with the hotel’s fraternization policy. On-call overnights occur Monday and Tuesday nights with availability within 30 minutes of the hotel. Tasks also include laundry duties and serving as essential backup for non-management staff, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures during emergencies.
