Job Summary
WSS Dewatering Sales Specialist / Manager responsible for sales performance of dewatering products, spares and services across the UK & Ireland with a focus on developing opportunities in the UK. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and new prospects, identify customer needs, and recommend complete product and service solutions; oversee quotations and tender follow-up through the internal sales function. Leads a small team including an External Sales Engineer and an Internal Sales Coordinator, and serves as a key point of contact for important distributor relationships across the region. Collaborate across teams to drive sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in technical or commercial discipline or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving licence
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
