Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager drives high-volume sales within the North America territory by executing a strategic plan to exceed targets for containers, ground level offices, modular structures, and related products. The role allocates time to outbound prospecting, inbound inquiry conversion, and account development with in-person customer visits, builds and maintains a robust sales pipeline, utilizes Salesforce CRM, negotiates pricing and lease terms, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure order processing and delivery. Travel to client sites is required (10-20%), and the position is an in-office, non-hybrid role with compensation typically between $80K and $140K including commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred
- 1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM
- Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% to conduct field visits with important customers (little to no overnight travel)
- Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycle and leasing
- Possess mindset of consultative, solution selling approach
- Experience with strategic account management and development
- Demonstrated high level and professional communication (written and verbal)
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
