Job Summary
Service Technician for modular buildings: inspect and repair mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and related tasks. Ensure safety and quality, conduct inspections for check-in/out and invoicing, create floor plans as needed, perform customer communications, keep trailers ready for delivery, perform HVAC checks per guidelines, and may perform duties at field locations. Requires ability to work independently, good communication, computer literacy, carpentry and related repair skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Some knowledge of computers
- Good communications skills
- Carpentry knowledge and experience
- Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus
- A current valid driver’s license and a clean record
